Of all Royal Winton chintz patterns, original Julia Chintz is the favorite of collectors worldwide! It predominantly features yellow and pink tea roses accented by pink and blue/lavender posies over tiny white flowers outlined in green. This original Royal Winton Julia Chintz cup and saucer, in the Late Athena shape, is dated by its mark to circa 1942-1952. This set is in fair/good condition with slight wear & one small chip by the handle. It has good color, good gold edging, minor crazing and no cracks or repairs. It arrives in a glossy black gift box.
