Gorgeous and highly collectible, Beeston Chintz features bright pink and yellow roses on black, one of the earliest by Royal Winton with a black background. This Royal Winton Beeston Chintz Teacup is dated by its marks to circa 1930s. Shape wise it is an unmatched set, however the glossy chintz pattern matches beautifully. The cup is the Ascot shape while the saucer is the Hastings shape. This set is in very good condition with clear, bright colors, good gold edging, age appropriate crazing and no cracks or repairs.
